Cladding welding technique is adopted to clad finishing copper belt on the surface of aluminum rod wire satisfying demand of clients on wire size and electric performance of wire after many drawings and thermal treatment. The surface is smoothing, full and has no disfigurement. Therefore the copper cladding aluminum wire has low density of aluminum and good conductance of the copper. This bimetal wire is used for inner conductor of coaxial cable with good transferring performance, light weight and low cost.
